From my desktop computer using lpr or through an application that uses lpr, ONE of our printers always prints duplex. Even though I have told the printer to be in single sided printing mode. I have several GUIs that deal with printers including the CUPS web interface. My other machines don't have this problem.
Well, running lpoptions -l sawed the problem. That printer was had duplex set on even though EVERY tool reported it off. I used lptoptions to reset it. Then I used every other tool to see if setting duplex on then off would leave me with the option left on again.
Nope.
All is well, now. But I will be bit again, I know.
