I've known for some time that my vision is getting steadily worse. I just was up on how much worse.

I went to an optometrist today because I desperately need new glasses. I can hardly work on with my computer with my current set of working glasses and I can hardly read my current set of bifocals.

She would not write a prescription for me until I see an ophthalmologist. I've started the process to see a Navy doctor. It will be a couple of months at least.

I'm not happy with the way things are progressing.
