We have a lot of computer related hardware around here.  Most of it is old but functional.  We have four Epson LG-570 dot-matrix printers.  Three of them needed work in the paper handling world.  They would all jam on paper load (tractor feed) with the same symptoms.  I finally downloaded a service manual and took one apart enough to work on where it jams.

Now all of them work. 

It's been a reasonably good morning. :)
