I've mentioned this before more as a complaint than a request.  This time it's a request.  I'm looking for an application that runs on Linux that more or less duplicates the functionality of the FormDocs application that run on M$ OSes.

Here's the basics:
1. Read a PDF form (our primary use is forms from California Courts)
2. Allow WYSIWYG placement of editable fields on the form
3. Generate forms directly from another application.

FormDocs does this quite well. But it requires M$.  I'm trying to migrate to Linux. This is the last sticking point.

Anyone know of such a beastie?
