Yesterday afternoon, I drove the Chevy Avalanche. Now we have our sales rep looking for the "right" one. I really like it. Here's a funny bit, though. The exact same vehicle is sold under the Cadillac name. From the website, it looks to be the same including the available trim. It only costs $10K more. That's a pretty good profit on a name plate. ;)
Then we walked across the street from the Chevy side of the dealership to the VW side to look at the new Eos. It looks like there will two cars purchased soon. I'm sorry that the www.vw.com isn't fully functional on that car yet. But have a look. One of the exterior photos shows the convertible hard-top in action. The geek in me is in love with that top. :) Mostly, though, Stacey fell in love at first sight. To top it off, it comes in very nearly the same blue as her first car -- a Mustang.
Even though I'm not drawing a salary for working at Moffitt & Associates, I seem to be doing all right. :)
