First LaCrosse game

Tonight was Serra's first lacrosse game. Poway won 14 to zip. I mostly had no idea what was going on. Hunter didn't get much time in the game. He's going to start game #2, but I'll be in Santa Barbara.

I guess I should read up on the game before I go again. And I should remember something soft to sit on!

The game is very much like soccer for the purposes of positions and relative duties. Tossing in some weapo . . . er, sticks and a hard rubber ball moving at 70+ MPH and you have LaCrosse. One important rule I remember from playing - when the goalie is in the crease (that circle around the goal) he or she cannot be touched by the opposing team.
