This is all computer geek rant. It involves X11 packet forwarding over ssh.
I am out of ideas to get X11 packets to foward from either of my servers to my desktop. X!!Forwarding is on. The DISPLAY env sets correctly. Everything seems find. But try to run any x app and "can't connect to display: xxxxx.11.1 or some such.
It is making some parts of my life very difficult. This all worked before the os upgrade.
Time to get ready for a party and to give up until tomorrow.
