Knee two

It is now five hours later.

The wedding was great. Outside in the wind, but great anyway. The reception was great. Gregg and Danae were great. The folks at my table were great.

My knee hurts right now as bad as it did 8 days ago. Whine. Whine. Whine.

yo, butt-head! what are you doing pouncing around on the knee all the time? it would be wise to rest an injury until it's healed, instead of continuing to stress it. stay at home, put the leg up whenever possible, immobilize it when moving around, use crutches when walking, massage it gently. you're making it worse by insisting that you can do whatever you do when uninjured; give it some solid time to recover first.

{sheepish grin} I'm pretty sure that's what the doctor is going to say in the morning. :)

and he'll give me the crutches, too.

*grin*. yeah. i know it sucks to have to sit or lay down when one wants to be up and about and do things.
