And one of the reasons I'm not thrilled about being one. Our landlords will learn today that they have a leaking roof.

Our living room ceiling is sheet rock covered with the spray on popcorn crap. A big chunk of it fell off last night and a larger patch is water stained.

This will not be cheap to fix, but fix it, they must. It will only get more and more expensive over time.
