I had a bad day yesterday and I don't know for sure what was bad about it. :) I have a inkling. The timing is wrong, though.

But something was. I ate. And ate. And ate some more. Including 5 candy bars. This is what I did all through high school. sigh. It was a binge. How good a binge? Well, I ate all those candy bars while I was drinking three beers.

And I'm paying for it this morning. Physically and emotionally.
