I have a pinpoint place where there is pain. I can put pressure on that spot and create an Ow Response. Dah. Time to look at an anatomy book. I even have one. :)
As best as I can tell, I've injured my Medial Collateral Ligament. The most likely thing I've done is pull it away from bone. (The pain feels a bit like shin splints.)
What to do? Not a goddamn thing. Isn't that special. :)
