Couldn't resist the joke. ;)
Tomorrow is a visiting day with Michelle. Greg is going with me. I'm seriously hoping from some quality time with Michelle, the baby and Jim. A couple of hours of warmth. Oh yeah.
I've had a great day. Nothing is ruffling me. And that is a very, very good thing. Calm in the face of uncertainty.
This isn't just another bob to the surface while still being dragged down. I've gotten out of the water. :)
And, for all the work I've done and all the tools I've developed and all the education I've sat through {giggle}, it was love that saved me. What a cliche. :)
But true.
And tomorrow I'm going spend some time with her.
This Wednesday is the E Street Cafe Grand Opening (about 3pm). That would be E Street in Encinitas, a block south of La Paloma then a block west of PCH. For those who live near there, check it out. With any luck, I'm going to turn it into a pre-Rocky hangout for myself.
I have been drugged UP for the last couple of days. It's taking a toll on my sleeping. Allergies are driving me nuts. So, I'm popping pills like a fiend. Between that and coffee, I'm getting buy on three hours a night. Now I can do that for some length of time, but I'm noticeably slower on the uptake. :0
I'm off to bed now. But first, I noticed a nearly full bottle of scotch in the cabinet. I think I'll take a wee nip. It's not the best scotch, but it's not rot gut, either. A drinkable blend.
oh, and, btw. Amy B just kicks major ass in the getting results department. I have special praise for several others about Little Shop and other things. I'll just list some names. Eric, Amy, Terrie, Scix, Steph, Le, Chris, Aeire, All the SoCal Interns.
There is something magically about the folks I'm running with these days. Yes, there is drama, but there is also magic. It's in the air.
