In the Self Expression and Leadership Program we have something called a Futures Meeting. They are wonderful things in which the coach gets to hear the great and wonderful lives the participants are living and living into.
As head coach, I have a Futures Meeting with each coach. Today I had two. And they were grand. Not only are these two people living into a future that gives them power and meaning, but I get to have made a really big difference in their lives.
The "making a difference" for people is important to me and feels grand. Simply grand.
