The cast meeting went well and pretty quickly considering the stuff Amy brought up.

Some pretty significant changes in the way we staff each show. It's going to be a quick transition. Some folks might have a little trouble adjusting. I hope I'm wrong.

I like a lot of the new structure -- most of it, in fact.

A lot ran through my mind as Amy laid it out. Some good thoughts and some not so good thoughts. Some happy thoughts and some not so happy thoughts. I didn't realized how strongly the not so good thoughts were affecting me until I got home.

My biggest not so happy thoughts were about something else, so when i let that go, I noticed that I still had some more to let go of. Whew. :) All is fine now.

The biggest surprise was how well I could type on my laptop with the keyboard completely dark. I mean, I knew I could type the words as well lighted or unlighted. I know where the letter keys are. But I also got the numbers and special characters one the first try most of the time. That was cool.

Anyway. The pictures from last weeks show should be up (my script should be about done. Then I'm going to bed. I'm tired and I have another long day of canvassing to do.

I'm still not clear on the pay (I'm going to read the pay notice hanging in the "WAR Room" tomorrow). I'm hoping that I'm not working for pennies. This has to pay reasonably well or I'll not do it for long. I like the cause, but I need money.

Tomorrow, I will call Ken, my friend in the SF Bay Area, about how he marketed himself as a coach. I think I know some of how he did it. Making money as a coach is where the juice is for me.

I might be working on the website for Ed Fallon, too. He is running for Governor of Iowa. It would be really cool to actually know a governor personally. He has some chance of winning and he is working very hard to convince Iowans that his brand of honesty and integrity would be very good for his state. I think he is right about that. I hope enough Iowans think so, too.
