Part of my mission in life is to get the idea of naked == sex out of the minds of people. I am way, way more comforatable without clothes especially when it is warm.
Our biology isn't designed for clothes. It was an adaptation to changes in weather and shouldn't be construed as some moral imparative handed down from some easily shocked god.
In fact, in the Christian creation myth, humans started out without clothes and everything was good. We embarrassed and shamed oursevles. It wasn't the Christian god's idea.
Rob and I have an agreement on the fact that me hanging around naked is not an invitation. ;p It's not too hard to train people out of it. It's only been, what... 13 years or so? :)
I'm very touchy-feely affectionate. One of the things I really loved about my last relationship was the comfortable carress-in-passing permissions that we shared. Nothing intended to stimulate the libido, but it was intimate and loving. I have very fond memories. A touch. A nuzzle. A stroke.
I suspect my ex, Jan, has a very strong memory of Lynn chopping jalapeno peppers while cooking, then having an intimate carress-in-passing. It seems washing one's hands with dish washing soap isn't good enough to remove all the residue of the pepper. Poor baby. :)
I like sexual nudity, and I like non-sexual nudity. Context, as usual, is important for me in this case. I will be ever grateful to my ex (http://members.tripod.com/sbunny8/tiedyeguy.html) for giving me language to express how I had always felt about clothing and nudity, and for accompanying me to my first clothing-optional public space so that I could confirm my suspicion that it would feel Just Exactly Right.
i soooo know what you mean . There is absolutly nothing like being naked . Giggles* And it has nothing to do with sex , but more so , just awareness of your own body , which i have come to believe that we are taught not to be aware of , in the whole forced media sense . padlockbx (hugs)
