I am not romantically obsession over anyone, though. No True Love and Ethernal Happiness Chemicals or New Relationship Energy (NRE) happening. There are just a lot of people I love in my thoughts.

i interpreted it as a general meaning. like, i think about my family and my cat and my car and my friends a lot. all the time? no. but i don't think about anyone person constantly. that'd be called obsession.
