At noon tomorrow, I'll be at a hotel on Harbor Island. I will probably be at that hotel until 11pm. It won't be later than 11pm because I'll be on the road for RHPS. Now this isn't a serious problem. I've done this sort of thing before.

But, when our audience has gone home, when we are through cleaning the theater, when we would be completing a cast meeting and heading for Denney's, we will be watching a different movie.

That's right. We are have a dress rehearsal at the theater in the middle of the night. We will run through it once for sure. :)

Little Shop of Horrors is in some ways a more difficult production than South Park to mount. In other ways it is easier. Either way, it's looking really, really good.

I have great words of praise to heap upon our Seymour and Audrey.

Just words of praise for the folks throwing themselves into this production. It has taken over the lives of many. :) It could be bigger than hoola hoops!

The countdown is on.

Someone has written a program script designed to comb the comic archives on the Keen hosting systems and download all the comic images.

Now, this might or might not be a violation of copyright. If the person grabbing the images doesn't redistribute them or in some other way deprive the artist of their income.

And that is the rub, of course. If an artist is making money from the number of ad views on their strip, this program could be a violation of copyright.

But that isn't really the big issue. The big issue is that this freely distributed script takes a huge bandwidth toll. It costs the artists a lot of money every month to pay for the extra bandwidth.

Isn't that special. People suck. :)
