Okay. So that is a little broad. In particular, Wells Fargo Bank sucks.

Lambda Letters has a business account with Wells Fargo. For a few years, I had a credit business card. Every single time I called they wanted information that I didn't have or they were using the wrong information from some old document or I wasn't calling from the correct phone number. When they issued a replacement card to me because the one I had expired, it was a nightmare to get it activated.

Now Aeire has the credit card in her name. It took several months to make that happen. Now she can't activate it. This time the bank is saying it's the wrong tax ID number.

EVERY SINGLE CALL TO THE BANK HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE.

I'd warm people off Wells Fargo, but I suspect every bank has the same problems. And customer service is no longer allowed in the financial industry.

Aeire just asked if I wanted to go to the Tuesday evening session of the current Landmark Advanced Course. Hadn't thought of it. I've hung out on the Sunday afternoon and evening sessions, but I haven't been to a Tuesday evening session in a long time.

I said yes.

There's probably something for me to hear for the first time again. :)

EDIT: And now I'm saying no. Tonight's Do Wop Girl training has been converted into a Get Ready for Pride cut, paste, sew and paint party. That's the place for me to be.
