About the CI meeting itself. I was sitting quietly, listening. I added what I had to add and didn't add what I didn't have to add.

I was not animated and I wasn't in every conversation. It seems that showed up to at least two people as "something is wrong." Nothing is wrong. Things are right (if there is such a thing).

Ok, glad to hear that things are (as) well (as they can be).

It's hard to tell the difference between emotional exhaustion (or however, you seemed exhausted) and .... (for lack of better term) pissy mood (brought on by frustration of/with Cast meetings).
