yo, butt-head! what are you doing pouncing around on the knee all the time? it would be wise to rest an injury until it's healed, instead of continuing to stress it. stay at home, put the leg up whenever possible, immobilize it when moving around, use crutches when walking, massage it gently. you're making it worse by insisting that you can do whatever you do when uninjured; give it some solid time to recover first.
