Calendar Manipulation Routines

I wrote several. They keep breaking.

I'll have to rewrite them. The code has been hacked enough that I can't follow it any more. I wish I could think in "calendar" terms, but I can't. I have to write down every possible variation of data. And I have to draw it out like calendars.

Sigh.
