CreditLink Corporation is looking for a computer technician (geek).

This is an entry level job for a quick-learning, self-taught Microsoft/PC enthusiast who wants to learn more about computers, networking, different operating systems with programming on the side. We are a small company with few employees and a relaxed working environment.

Duties:

• Handle user requests for maintenance and problem solving.
• Handle "server" failures of various kinds.
• Execute routine backups.
• Maintain printers and fax machines.
• Running non-standard queries against our database as requested.
• And lots of other stuff that comes up in a small office

Prefer:

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows XP and 98/95.
• Hardware troubleshooting and repair skills
• Understanding of basic Ethernet networking (wired) in a Microsoft environment (This includes "network drives" and other MS issues.).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Familiarity with HTML and related Web languages.

Work experience as a computer technician is not required.
