From Bad to Good

This has been a busy, but non-productive day. It's a common issue for support staff in any organization. It was definitely so in the Navy. No matter how many tasks are on one's plate, a system failure gets priority.

But resolving a systems failure merely puts one back at the starting point. No real progress has been made.

I know that repair is a form of production, but it is not the form of production I want. :)
