Waiting for Greg....

I'm waiting to talk to my business partner, Greg. I'm getting "disk nearly full" emails from my server. The home partition (standard home plus all the web sites) is only 17G. Three users are taking about 5G each! And only one of them is web stuff. The other two could easily move their backups and such to a different partition. Simple enough, in fact, for me to do it behind the scenes by moving all their files to a different partition then mounting it on their home directory.

I went to look at disk usage and found something disturbing. There is a home and a home2 partition. The home 2 is part of a raid, but not the home. That means we aren't backing up the home partition again. I don't know how that happened, but I'm NERVOUS about it.

So, I'm waiting to talk to Greg. I might be VERY busy this weekend.

Real Job

I might be starting a "real" job in a couple of weeks. I have mixed feelings about it.

But it means that several things I'm working on MUST be finished SOON.
