concrete next door

Cement is going in next door. If Stacey hadn't changed her mind about the side yard project, I could have been ready for concrete and piggy-backed on their delivery. It might have saved money.

Lots of work to do on the front, though. Someone I know suggested I should rent a bobcat and level the front yard myself. I must say, that has a lot of appeal. :)

One of my more fanciful daydreams is owning one of those things with all the fancy attachments. (At least, the ones that make sense in San Diego.) A person can make about $1500 a day moving dirt around. However, around here, one needs a dump truck, too. And now we are really talking about serious money!

Oh well. I guess I'm stuck with my computer. ;)

Accidental Assignments

After the syntax error typos are taken care of, debugging is down to "Why isn't this the output I was expecting?"

In that area of debugging my code, I've determined my biggest typo is the accidental assignment. One "=" where their should have been two. It's good news. I look for that first. :)
