My Keyboard and me

I'm still hanging in there and practicing. Yeah me.

I was looking at the whole of the bit of nothing I am currently practicing and noticed that I would not have been able to figure out how to play it a couple of months ago. As it is, I turned to that page in the book, worked out the notes/chords and played it through.

Mistakes were made and the timing is way off, but I was not trying to figure out each note one note at a time. I was actually reading music! I was not able to do that when I took lessons as a child. Hell, I couldn't even see the staff lines then.

This is FUN.
