Good for me

I took a great big, break-out-in-a-cold-sweat risk today. I'm proud of myself.
I'm also scared to death. My fight or flight response is on full alert. And I'm
already second guessing myself. sigh.

In all areas of my life but one, I can let go of the old stories and create a
life I love. Just this one mountain climb. And me with a fear of heights.

For all that, I took a great big, break-out-in-a-cold-sweat risk today.
