I slept pretty well.  As far as I know, the knee didn't interfere.  That is to say, it didn't wake me up.  It actually felt much better.  Sitting at the computer for a short time, though, and it's stiffening up.

I'll down a bunch more ibuprofen.

I have several jobs this week.  That's good.  Only one -- the short one -- is cash.  One plays VERY slowly.  Oh well. Money arrives when it arrives.

I will continue to put off the two purchases I was planning.  I dislike financial instability and the future looks filled to the brim with it.

Everything that could be an irritant is going to have an easier time pushing my buttons while my knee is bothering me.  Pain can really make me grumpy.  It's a perfect opportunity to put all my training to work.  What can I create in the midst of this circumstance?  I don't know yet.  I'm stilling wallowing in "Why me" about this. :)

Many things on my plate to do this week.  There are three that are important.
1. CI galleries scripts must be in place this week.  Period.
2. A plan of attack for Ed Fallon's DB must be finished. Period.
3. Migration from hermes to mercury.  This is the hardest of the lot.  It might not get completed.  I'll be REAL smart, though, about moving from one Linux distribution to another.  And, of course, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Apache, TCL and Sendmail will all be different on the new machine.  Oh boy!  Many wonderful things are going to break.  Once testing is done, though, it will be a middle of the night migration that will have the server off line for a bit.

I'm going to brew coffee now, take an antihistemine and four ibuprofens and whine for a bit.  Then a shower.  Mostly I'm dragging my gimpy leg on all this because I'm worried that I'll have  a problem driving my car.  It's not going to be easy getting to norh county if I can't press the clutch pedal. :)

The new gallery scripts are up and running for crazed imaginations.

I thought i had finished the modifications, but I was rudely surprised by "odd" captions on every picture. :)

Now fixed.

And found a bug. Running a foreach line on a file can give one an extra BLANK line at the end.  That didn't hurt the gallery scripts, but it was a problem for the admin scripts.

Now fixed.

How ever long it takes Amy to go through each of the "invisible" galleries, the older one's will be back up soon.
